And then, IIRC, doing the extreme ranked/custom maps unlocks the extreme challenge campaign maps. It says on the locked maps something along the lines of "Complete the appropriate challenges to unlock this challenge." That's because you need to beat the campaign maps, and it unlocks the extreme versions.

Got 100% save in game but no achievments. Initially don't worked, the save don't appears in menu, only my 69% save that I played in the first slot. So I moved my original save to desktop, rename the downloaded save to SpSave_v2_0.sdg (I 'm trying put in 2º slot before) and them the save 100% appears.
