The keratin treatments refered to here are the permanently straightening kind, not keratin added as a protein to help repair/condition hair. The Brazilian Keratin treatment ( typically called) actually altered the shape of the hair.
Try using a hair oil when your hair is damp or you can do a keratin treatment. My hair is wayy worse than yours and a keratin treatment made my hair look healthy af (too bad it lasted so short, until I washed my hair again). Washing your hair less often can help too, tbh this is what helps the most for me besides the expensive keratin treatment.
