Doesnt work, Uplay keeps saying Ubisoft isnt currently available and its been like this on windows and steamdeck. Can you look into this or just remove Uplay as its more of an issue than a benefit. No it won't work for Uplay-only version. They work and install slightly differently. Sadly this DLC was removed from Uplay store. If you want to buy it, your best bet would be to search for it in secondary key-trading distributors and search for Lost Archive key for non-Steam version or *cough* resort to other, easier known means *cough*.
