In 2-3 weeks, I've gotten to a point where I do two segments per day- usually Level 1 of 6 week six-pack, and then varying levels of 30 Day Shred or Ripped in 30. If you are getting bored with either of those dvds, want to mix it up, or are ready to REALLY focus on your core, this is a GREAT dvd.

Karen, you should try Ripped in 30. I am doing week 1 workout for 1.5 weeks. Its tough but it really tone up your body. I have to agree Banish Fat is really. Its one of my fav dvd but when you have two kids running around, I need to get it done under 40 mins. Check it out.
